The International Office is a central service unit of the Helmut Schmidt University (HSU/UniBw H) for international cooperation and exchange.
The International Office supports the university’s international activities in teaching, research, and staff mobility. It plays an important role in strengthening global connections and promoting collaboration with partner universities around the world.
We assist students, researchers, and staff in building international networks and developing joint projects and partnerships. Our goal is to make international exchange an integral part of academic life at the university.
For incoming students and researchers, we provide support throughout the application, admission, and enrollment process and help them settle into university life. For outgoing students and staff, we offer guidance in planning and organizing study, teaching, or research stays abroad, from the initial idea to preparation and implementation.
