Short Bio: Bachelor degree in social economics with a focus on “Business Administration” and specialization in “Personnel and Organization” from the University of Hamburg (2017). Master’s degree in health-promoting organizational development at the Magdeburg-Stendal University of Applied Sciences with an abroad semster at the Udayana University in Denpasar, Indonesia and practical experience in corporate health management (2017-2021). Currently Researcher at Institute of Employment Relations and Labour at Helmut Schmidt University (Prof. Dr. Wenzel Matiaske).
