Range prediction of electromobility

To increase the acceptance of electromobility, a precise estimate of the remaining range is required. Most previous systems are based on static algorithms that often rely on telemetry data. In this research project, a more robust and precise calculation method is being developed.

Central aspects:

  • Analysis of driving profiles
  • Development of a mathematical vehicle model, focused on the energy source
  • Holistic view of the vehicle-driver-environment systems
