· Nuclear arms control, disarmament, and non-proliferation

· Nuclear weapons testing

· US foreign policy and transatlantic relations

· International criminal law and dealing with the past

· Transitional justice in the nuclear age: Addressing the humanitarian and environmental consequences of nuclear weapons testing

· The ICC and Western war crimes: Public perception and political dilemmas
