Since June 2023, the Central Contact Point for Dealing with Diversity (ZAVi) has been inviting to the table digitally: in the new “Diversity Bites” series of events, diversity topics are served bite-sized and easily digestible… quick, short sessions at lunchtime to network, educate and inform yourself. The aim is to bring together movers and shakers, teachers, interested parties and other practitioners. With many guests, the ZAVi provides information about projects within the Federal Armed Forces, specialist topics and new approaches to diversity and inclusion.
Prof. Barbara Sieben was a guest at Diversity Bite 05/2023 on 28 November 2023 and, with her input on “Diversity between colourful diversity, differences and inequalities – a critical look at diversity research and management”, encouraged an exchange on different perspectives on diversity in research and practice.
