Welcome to the pages on quality assurance and development in degree programmes
The Helmut Schmidt University / Universität der Bundeswehr Hamburg (HSU/UniBw H) has extensive and established quality assurance processes that are firmly anchored in the central and decentralised committees. The quality of teaching and study conditions are therefore regularly reviewed and jointly developed by external review committees, teaching staff, employees and students.
The degree programmes are the responsibility of the faculties, which are therefore also primarily responsible for quality assurance and development in teaching and learning. They are supported by the Study Programme Representative. All cross-faculty processes relating to study programmes are brought together here.
- In quality assurance, we provide the committees and in particular the faculties and the Vice-President for Teaching and Learning with comprehensive data on studying and teaching.
- In quality development, we support the faculties and teaching staff in their efforts to offer our students an optimal study programme.
