Andrea Paola is a Civil Engineer (2015) and has a Master in Civil Engineering focused on Vial Infrastructure (2018) from the Universidad del Norte. In her Master’s research, she developed a methodology for the design and optimization of cold mixes with asphalt emulsion and solid waste (crumb rubber and calamine), as a replacement of fine fractions (dry method). At the Universidad del Norte, Andrea Paola worked for seven years as a Laboratory Engineer. Currently, she is working on the experimental develop for validation of prediction of failures models using non-destructive testing methods.
