HotFrame – Heuristic OpTimization FRAMEwork

HotFrame is a framework with reusable C++ software components in the metaheuristics domain. For the description of the general design we refer to the references below (in particular this pdf). Please note that, firstly, HotFrame has not been under active development since some years (the latest snapshot is from the year 2008, yet the code has mainly been developed until the year 2003), and, secondly, requires profound knowledge of C++ (incl. templates) to use it for a new application.
