The professorship of Digital Governance and Service Design focuses on the relationship between digital technologies (e.g. data, algorithms, infrastructures) and knowledge-intensive work in public organizations and organized publics (e.g. digital platforms). The professorship’s research projects are characterized by a focus on organizational theory and qualitative research methods.
