Der Beitrag f\u00fcr die deutschsprachigen L\u00e4nder wurde von der Professur f\u00fcr Weiterbildung und lebenslanges Lernen der <abbr title=\"Helmut Schmidt Universit\u00e4t\">HSU<\/abbr>\/UniBw H mitverantwortet.
