Following the successful series of online symposia in 2023, a Research Symposium Series also took place in 2024. This year\u2019s series, titled \u201cSpaces and Times of Transitions\u2014Recalibrating the Multiple Scales of Change in Adult Education<\/strong>,\u201d focused on transitions: RSS 2024 Program<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n Since January 2024, there have been over 150 registrations for the Research Symposium Series. Nine speakers from Germany, Ireland, South Africa, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom have presented on the connection between transitions and concepts such as liminality<\/em>, life course<\/em>, transgression<\/em>, professional development<\/em>, virtualization<\/em>, and hybridity<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Recordings of the presentations can be viewed on the STREAM Network’s YouTube channel: https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/@ESREASTREAMNetwork<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n In January 2023, the network *Spaces, Times, and the Rhythms of the Education of Adults and its Movements*<\/strong><\/em> (S.T.R.E.A.M.) was established within the European Society for Research on the Education of Adults (ESREA).
