A shortage of personnel and resources, a lack of exchange between stakeholders, silo solutions and a lack of role models are some of the hurdles that municipalities have to overcome in order to provide their citizens with digital services. At a workshop in the Werra-Mei\u00dfner Lab, approaches to solutions for northern Hesse were discussed on the basis of regional practical examples.
