My focus herein is to explore the processes and dynamics of self-organized activities in an organization&#8217;s communities or networks and how they facilitate organizational adaptability from the bottom-up. I am also interested in studying leadership, strategy making, and cultural factors that shape organizational members&#8216; practices.
