Forschungsinteressen:<\/strong><\/p>\n

My primary research area lies at the intersection between organization and management theory and strategic management as I am particularly interested in how complex organizations can adapt to dynamic and uncertain environments. My focus herein is to explore the processes and dynamics of self-organized activities in an organization’s communities or networks and how they facilitate organizational adaptability from the bottom-up. I am also interested in studying leadership, strategy making, and cultural factors that shape organizational members‘ practices. To that end, I mostly employ qualitative methods and practice as well as process theories to explore the activities of leadership, dynamic capability evolution, and ambidextrous behaviors.<\/p>\n
