This kind of research aims to make regulatory potentials visible that are inscribed in the algorithmic design of tools (e.g. which kind of learning or teaching is (not) supported, how are teachers and students represented and governed through the tools, <abbr title=\"et cetera\">etc.<\/abbr>) and to scrutinize the permanent contextualization and adaption of digital tools through their practical use. So far, we have for example focused on the reading software <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/antolin.westermann.de\/\" target=\"_blank\">Antolin<\/a> and the school platform <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/itslearning.com\" target=\"_blank\">itslearning<\/a>.
