Juni 2026 um 17:00<\/strong> findet an der Helmut-Schmidt-Universit\u00e4t\/Universit\u00e4t der Bundeswehr Hamburg im Geb\u00e4ude H1 \u2013 H\u00f6rsaal 2 die gemeinsame Abschieds- und Antrittsvorlesung von <abbr title=\"Professor\">Prof.<\/abbr> <abbr title=\"Doktor\">Dr.<\/abbr> Margarete Schuler-Harms und <abbr title=\"Professor\">Prof.<\/abbr> <abbr title=\"Doktor\">Dr.<\/abbr> Dana-Sophia Valentiner statt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><abbr title=\"Professor\">Prof.<\/abbr> <abbr title=\"Doktor\">Dr.<\/abbr> Margarete Schuler-Harms war bis Ende September 2025 Inhaberin der Professur f\u00fcr \u00d6ffentliches Recht, insbes. \u00d6ffentliches Wirtschafts- und Umweltrecht. Ihre Abschiedsvorlesung steht unter dem Titel \u201eBundesstaatlichkeit und Transformation \u2013 \u00fcber die Wandlungs(un)f\u00e4higkeit eines Staatsstrukturprinzips\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><abbr title=\"Professor\">Prof.<\/abbr> <abbr title=\"Doktor\">Dr.<\/abbr> Dana-Sophia Valentiner ist seit dem 1. September 2025 Inhaberin der Professur f\u00fcr \u00d6ffentliches Recht mit einem Schwerpunkt im \u00f6ffentlichen Wirtschaftsrecht und Recht der Transformation. Ihre Antrittsvorlesung widmet sich dem Thema \u201eGrundrechte in der Transformation\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Veranstaltung ist hochschul\u00f6ffentlich.
