Es ist ein Coaching f\u00fcr F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte und inkludiert einen Teamworkshop. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mit Hilfe dessen k\u00f6nnen F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte \u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u2026 erkennen, ob und in welchem Ma\u00dfe sie gesund f\u00fchren, und<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2026 erfahren wie sie und ihr Team gemeinsam besser f\u00fcr die Gesundheit is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Theoretische Grundlage<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Der HoL-Coaching-Prozess basiert auf dem Health-oriented Leadership Konzept (Franke et al., 2015; Pundt &amp; Felfe, 2017) mit den drei S\u00e4ulen <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>gesundheitsf\u00f6rderliche Selbstf\u00fchrung der F\u00fchrungskraft (SelfCare der F\u00fchrungskraft), <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>gesundheitsf\u00f6rderliche Mitarbeiterf\u00fchrung (StaffCare) und die <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>gesundheitsf\u00f6rderliche Selbstf\u00fchrung im Sinne der Eigenverantwortung der Besch\u00e4ftigten (SelfCare der Besch\u00e4ftigten). <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex
