Zuvor arbeitete er in dem vom ERC gef\u00f6rderten Forschungsprojekt &#8222;Protest and Order. Democratic Theory, Contentious Politics and the Changing Shape of Western Democracy&#8220;&nbsp;(POWDER) an der Humboldt-Universit\u00e4t zu Berlin und der Freien Universit\u00e4t Berlin. Er hat einen Masterabschluss in Politikwissenschaften von der Universit\u00e4t Bras\u00edlia und war im Regierungsinstitut f\u00fcr Innovation (GNova) an der Brasilianischen Nationalen Hochschule f\u00fcr \u00d6ffentliche Verwaltung (ENAP) und im Wirtschaftsministerium t\u00e4tig.
