Von 2015 bis 2020 war er Wissenschaftlicher Beirat f\u00fcr das EU-gef\u00f6rderte Horizon 2020 Projekt \u201eCommunity Based Policing and Post-Conflict Police Reform\u201c (ICT4COP) t\u00e4tig. Seit 2017 ist er Mitglied des United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) \u2013Regional Service for Africa (RSCA) Governance and Peacebuilding Experts Roster und seit 2021 ist er Mitglied des Security Sector Reform (SSR) Advisory Network to the United Nations.
