{"id":1359,"date":"2020-06-04T14:25:26","date_gmt":"2020-06-04T12:25:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.hsu-hh.de\/klinpsych\/?page_id=1359"},"modified":"2021-01-23T11:55:40","modified_gmt":"2021-01-23T10:55:40","slug":"inep","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.hsu-hh.de\/klinpsych\/inep","title":{"rendered":"INEP"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>INEP\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><em><b>I<\/b>nventar zur balancierten Erfassung <b>n<\/b>egativer <b>E<\/b>ffekte von\u00a0<\/em><i><b>P<\/b>sychotherapie<\/i><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-1039\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hsu-hh.de\/klinpsych\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/775\/2020\/02\/IMG_5183-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"5\" width=\"383\" height=\"215\" data-credit=\"Jennifer Lange\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Das Inventar zur balancierten Erfassung negativer Effekte von Psychotherapie (INEP; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.karger.com\/Article\/Abstract\/367928\" rel='nofollow'>Ladwig et al., 2014<\/a>) erfasst negative Effekte von Psychotherapie aus Perspektive von Patient*innen in den folgenden Lebens- und Funktionsbereichen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Familie<\/li>\n<li>Freunde<\/li>\n<li>Partnerschaft<\/li>\n<li>Intrapersonelle Ver\u00e4nderungen<\/li>\n<li>Stigmatisierung und finanzielle Sorgen<\/li>\n<li>Abh\u00e4ngigkeit<\/li>\n<li>Therapeutische Beziehung und therapeutisches Fehlverhalten<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mit dem INEP kann erfasst werden, ob und in welcher Intensit\u00e4t in den oben genannten Lebens- und Funktionsbereichen von Patient*innen Verbesserungen und Verschlechterungen aufgetreten sind. Zudem wird differenziert, ob diese auf die Psychotherapie oder andere Lebensumst\u00e4nde zur\u00fcckgef\u00fchrt werden.<br \/>\nDie Auswertung erfolgt getrennt f\u00fcr zwei Skalen.\u00a0Die Skala \u201eNebenwirkungen\u201c bildet negative Effekte ab, welche aus Patient*innenperspektive auf eine korrekt durchgef\u00fchrte Psychotherapie zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren sind. Mit der Skala \u201eTherapeutisches Fehlverhalten\u201c hingegen werden jene negative Effekte erfasst, welche aus Patient*innenperspektive durch eine inkorrekt durchgef\u00fchrte Psychotherapie verursacht worden sind.<\/p>\n<p>Das INEP ist in zwei verschiedenen Sprachen (deutsch\/ englisch) erh\u00e4ltlich.
