Paths Out of the Crisis of Trust\u201d<\/strong>, where we tackle pressing questions about the condition and future of democracy.<br>In post-migrant democracies, consensus and conflict coexist in navigating diversity. Organizations face the dual challenge of meeting societal expectations while negotiating internal equity issues related to diversity.
