Wege aus der Vertrauenskrise\u201c<\/strong> und widmet sich aktuellen Herausforderungen und Perspektiven demokratischen Zusammenlebens.<br>In postmigrantischen Demokratien verlaufen Aushandlungen \u00fcber Zugeh\u00f6rigkeit im Spannungsfeld von Konsens und Konflikt. Organisationen stehen dabei vor der Aufgabe, gesellschaftliche Erwartungen zu erf\u00fcllen und zugleich innere Gerechtigkeitsfragen im Umgang mit Diversit\u00e4t zu bew\u00e4ltigen.<br><abbr title=\"Doktor\">Dr.<\/abbr> Gr\u00e4fe-Geusch gibt Einblicke in aktuelle Befunde des DeZIM-Forschungsschwerpunkts \u201eDiversit\u00e4t und Antidiskriminierung\u201c mit Fokus auf Bundesverwaltung und Stiftungswesen.
