Ziel ist es, die Perspektiven der <strong>Schulentwicklung, Professionalisierung und migrationsbezogenen Bildungsforschung<\/strong> systematisch zu verkn\u00fcpfen und empirische Zusammenh\u00e4nge zwischen Professionalisierung und Schulentwicklung sowie <strong>Rekontextualisierung, Persistenz und Transformation<\/strong> zu rekonstruieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Rahmen der IFF-F\u00f6rderphase liegt der Fokus zun\u00e4chst auf <strong>lehrkraftbezogenen Aushandlungsprozessen in einer diskriminierungssensiblen Lehrer:innenbildung<\/strong>.
