Her research combines theoretical and empirical perspectives on security governance, securitization, peacebuilding and conflict transformation, with a regional focus on Africa.\u00a0 Her recent work explores changing norms and practices of interventionism; inter-organisational conflict and collaboration in peace operations in Africa and; spatializing effects of intervention activities in the Somali context.
