Maéva Clément arbeitete von April 2016 bis August 2019 als wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin am Institut für Internationale Politik der Helmut-Schmidt-Universität Hamburg. Davor war sie wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin an der Université d‘Artois und Dozentin an Sciences Po Paris (Frankreich). Sie studierte Politikwissenschaft, Internationale Beziehungen, Soziologie und Philosophie an Sciences Po Lyon, der Université Paris-Sorbonne und der Universität Leipzig.
