Afterwards, she earned a Master degree in Sociology with a specialization in &#8222;Labour, Work and Organization&#8220; and &#8222;Research methods&#8220; from Universit\u00e4t Hamburg aswell (2011-2013). During her studies, Mandy was a student assistant in the research project: &#8222;Flexibilit\u00e4t und Verf\u00fcgbarkeit durch Arbeit auf Abruf (RUF)&#8220; at the IPA &#8211; Institute for Employment Relations and Labour at Helmut-Schmidt-Universit\u00e4t Hamburg UdBW (2010-2013). As a project member, she participated in the research project &#8222;Nachhaltig forschen und leben an der Universit\u00e4t Hamburg, Erhebung 2014 zur Arbeitssituation des akademischen Personals&#8220; on behalf of the academic staff council (WIPR) of Universit\u00e4t Hamburg (UKE excluded) (2012 \u2013 2014).
