After graduation, she became a researcher at the Department of Social Economy at the University Hamburg (2012-2016). Since 2016, Martina Maas is a researcher at the IPA \u2013 Institute for Employment Relations and Labour at the Helmut-Schmidt-University Hamburg. From 2019 also manager of the project \u201cEnterprises and Working Environments in Germany (SOEP-LEE2)\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Martina holds a <abbr title=\"Doktor\">Dr.<\/abbr> phil. awarded by the University of Hamburg in 2017.
