Sie studierte internationale Volkswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Sinologie an der Eberhard-Karls-Universit\u00e4t T\u00fcbingen und promovierte am Lehrstuhl f\u00fcr internationales Personalmanagement und interkulturelle F\u00fchrung an der ESCP Business School Berlin zum Thema Frauen in F\u00fchrung (summa cum laude).<\/div>\n<div>In ihrer Forschung setzt sie sich mit Diversit\u00e4t, Chancengleichheit, und Inklusion (diversity, equity, inclusion \u2013 kurz DEI) in verschiedenen organisationalen und nationalen Kontexten auseinander. Ihre Aktivit\u00e4ten wurden von der Deutschen Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG) und dem Deutschen Akademischen Austauschdienst (DAAD) gef\u00f6rdert und ihre Arbeiten in f\u00fchrenden internationalen Fachzeitschriften wie Academy of Management Discoveries, Human Resource Management und International Journal of Human Resource Management ver\u00f6ffentlicht. Sie hat zudem Forschungs- und Arbeitserfahrungen in China, der T\u00fcrkei und Mexiko gesammelt.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Dar\u00fcber hinaus arbeitet <abbr title=\"Doktor\">Dr.<\/abbr> Kornau als selbstst\u00e4ndige Coach und Dozentin, denn neben der Hochschullehre liegt ihr auch der Wissenstransfer von Forschungserkenntnissen in die Praxis am Herzen.
