Chairs of the PDW were Barbara Sieben, <abbr title=\"Helmut Schmidt Universit\u00e4t\">HSU<\/abbr>, and Alain Klarsfeld, Toulouse Business School. Co-organizer were Rana Haq, Lena Knappert, Angela Kornau, Eddy Ng and Faith Ngunjiri. This PDW served as a starting point to develop the 4th \u2018International Handbook of Diversity Management at Work\u2019 book project (Edward Elgar) on \u2018Diversity and Equality in Under-Researched Countries\u2019 that was planned to be published in 2019-2020. In particular, this PDW aimed at broadening the regional scope of chapters to be submitted to the 4<sup>th<\/sup> International Handbook and provided a discussion space for diversity research in under-exposed countries.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now published:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Klarsfeld, A., Knappert, L., Kornau, A., Ng, E., Ngunjiri, F.
