August 2018 in Chicago, war die Professur mit einem Professional Development Workshop (PDW) zum Thema \u201eEquality, Diversity and Inclusion in Under-Researched Countries: A Research Agenda\u201c vertreten. Chairs des PDW waren <abbr title=\"Professor\">Prof.<\/abbr> Barbara Sieben, <abbr title=\"Helmut Schmidt Universit\u00e4t\">HSU<\/abbr>, und <abbr title=\"Professor\">Prof.<\/abbr> Alain Klarsfeld, Toulouse Business School, Mit-Organisator\/innen waren Rana Haq, Lena Knappert, Angela Kornau, Eddy Ng und Faith Ngunjiri. Der PDW diente als Ausgangspunkt zur Entwicklung des 4. Bands in der Reihe \u201eInternational Handbook of Diversity Management at Work\u201d (Edward Elgar) zu \u2018Diversity and Equality in Under-Researched Countries\u2019, das etwa 2019-2020 ver\u00f6ffentlicht werden sollte. Insbesondere zielte der PDW darauf, die regionale Bandbreite der Einreichungen f\u00fcr das 4. International Handbook auszuweiten, und er bot ein Diskussionsforum f\u00fcr Diversit\u00e4tsforschung zu bislang weniger fokussierten L\u00e4ndern.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Nun erschienen:<\/p>\n<p>Klarsfeld, A., Knappert, L., Kornau, A., Ng, E.
