She&nbsp;received her&nbsp;doctorate at&nbsp;the School of Business and Economics, where she&nbsp;worked as research assistant and lecturer at the Chair of Human&nbsp;Resouce&nbsp;Management&nbsp;and as assistant professor (Juniorprofessorin) of Human Resource Management&nbsp;focused on Diversity. She did further teaching at University of Innsbruck and, as a&nbsp;TEA(ching&nbsp;Equality) Guest Professor, at&nbsp;University of&nbsp;T\u00fcbingen. Her main&nbsp;research&nbsp;interests&nbsp;include context-specific analyses of&nbsp;equality, diversity and inclusion in organizations, personnel practices in their relation to gender, diversity and intersectionality as well as critical analyses of&nbsp;research and practice&nbsp;discourses&nbsp;such as on emotions and management.
