She published papers in <em>Management Review Quarterly<\/em> and <em>German Journal of Human Resource Management<\/em>. She served as ad-hoc reviewer for <em>Equality, Diversity and Inclusion: An International Journal<\/em> and <em>European Academy of Management<\/em>. Within her teaching activities, she conducted bachelor and master courses on (international) human resource management issues with a special focus on equality, diversity, and inclusion in organizations and on perspectives of human resource management research.
