She previously worked at the University of Vienna, Institute of Political Science (2015-2019) and at the Christian-Albrechts-Universit\u00e4t\u00a0zu\u00a0Kiel, Institute of Social Sciences (2022-2024) as a research assistant and lecturer. She studied political science at the Phillipps University of Marburg and at the University of Vienna. In her\u00a0PhD project which she completed in 2025,\u00a0she deals with employment relations of nursing staff in German hospitals. Based on affects that arise in the work process,\u00a0she poses the question of agency from an affect-theoretical perspective.
