It belongs to the partial project &#8222;Concepts for Architectures of Power-Supplies in Aircraft Cabins&#8220;. The Aviation cluster aims to develop economical and ecological concepts for the increasing air traffic. Thus, the whole innovation and value-added chain of aircraft industry is covered\u00a0 from research over development, testing, production and equipment until recycling. This is done with a systematic and holistic approach.<\/p>\n<p>In this partial project innovative architecture concepts are developed until they are ready to be applied. Several electrical onboard grid structures are examined on the basis of conventional aircraft cabin grids. A focus is the cabling in the cabin and the cargo department.
