Einen wichtigen Beitrag hierf\u00fcr k\u00f6nnen neben reinen Batteriefahrzeugen auch Fahrzeuge basierend auf Brennstoffzellenantrieben leisten. In den bisher verf\u00fcgbaren Fahrzeugen kommen vorwiegend Druckspeichertanks f\u00fcr Wasserstoff mit Dr\u00fccken bis 700 bar zum Einsatz. Insbesondere f\u00fcr Nutzfahrzeuge, Busse oder Schienenfahrzeuge sind jedoch noch h\u00f6herer Speicherdichten n\u00f6tig. Eine M\u00f6glichkeit hierf\u00fcr bietet die Wasserstoffspeicherung in Feststoffen, die durch eine chemische Reaktion eine sichere und kompakte Speicherl\u00f6sung bieten kann.
